Bruker D8 Venture – A: Installed July 2013.
High intensity Mo/Cu Dual IμS 2 sources, focusing mirrors, CPAD Photon III C7 area detector, 3 circle goniometer.
Ancillary equipment:
Cryostream 700+ (Oxford Cryosystems) open flow nitrogen cryostat
(Temp. range: 80–500 K),
HELIX (Oxford Cryosystems) open flow helium cryostat (Temp. range: 30–300 K),
Laser mounting and alignment device for irradiation of crystals during diffraction experiments.
HT furnace (in collaboration with J.S.O.Evans group) provides temperature range 300–800 K.
